Luis E. Chiesa

Professor Luis E. Chiesa served as an adjunct professor at Pace Law School in 2006 and joined the full-time faculty in 2007. Prior to that, he clerked for the Honorable Federico Hernández Denton, Chief Justice of the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. He has been a visiting professor of law at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, and the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law. Professor Chiesa also serves as editor in charge of book reviews for the New Criminal Law Review.

His research interests focus on criminal law, comparative law, and animal cruelty laws.
