Andrew C. W. Lund

Andrew C. W. Lund joined the Pace faculty from the New York City firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP (2003-2007), where he was an associate practicing in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation and mergers and acquisitions. From 2002-03, he clerked for the Honorable Rhesa H. Barksdale, Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Professor Lund teaches Corporations & Partnerships and Securities Regulation. His research interests are directed toward public companies’ corporate governance mechanisms and executive compensation.
