Passwords for databases that require them are available through the  Law Library TWEN site.  The Law Library TWEN site is available to Pace Law School students, staff, and faculty only.  Email reference@law.pace.edu or call 914-422-4208 with questions.   Additional databases are available through other Pace University libraries.  Trial subscriptions to new databases are also available here.

ABA /BNA Lawyers' Manual on Professional Conduct    - Reports and opinions beginning with August 2000.

ABI-Inform - Abstracts and citations for 1,000+ business journals from 1971 to the present, with full text of 500 journals beginning with 1991.

Arbitration Law Online - Access to treatises in the area of international arbitration and ADR.

AudioCaseFiles - Offers downloadable MP3 files of courts opinions as well as streaming trial video.  Search by course or casebook to find audio materials from 1L classes and upper level subjects.  You must use your law school email address to register at http://www.audiocasefiles.com/register.

BNA Environment & Safety Library - Offers access to information needed to understand and comply with federal and state environment and safety laws and regulations.  Also includes full text of environment and safety laws and regulations in Canada and Mexico; the full text of European Union directives and regulations; the complete text of thousands of legal decisions made by federal, state, and administrative courts; and thousands of interactive forms, guidance documents, agency memoranda, and international treaties and agreements.

BNA Databases - Includes all BNA databases in a wide variety of practice areas, including bankruptcy, health, environmental, corporate, labor, intellectual property, energy, securities and tax.   Click here for on campus access.

Business Source Premier - Provides full text for over 2,710 scholarly business journals covering management, economics, finance, accounting, international business and more

Catalog of U.S. Government Publications - Bibliographic access to U.S. Government information products and links to online resources.  1976-

CCH Tax Library - Tax materials including reporters, the Internal Revenue Code and NY State tax analysis. Access limited to non-commercial use by Pace Law School students and faculty.
IntelliConnect is the new CCH platform.  It is available only on campus, and the first time you use it you will need to create your own user name and password.  A user guide is available.

Chronicle of Higher Education - Premier source of information for faculty & administrators.

CIAO - Columbia International Affairs Online (CIAO) is a database of scholarship in international affairs.  Coverage begins with 1991, and  includes working papers, conference proceedings, occasional papers, and policy briefs.

CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) - Pace database on the CISG and International Commercial Law. The CISG is the uniform international sales law of countries that account for two-thirds of all world trade.

Kluwer Arbitration Service - Kluwer Arbitration offers a fully-searchable database of materials in the field of International Commercial Arbitration.
This is the new CCH platform.  It is available only on campus, and the first time you use it you will need to create your own user name and password.  After you log in, on the left click Browse > Practice Tools > International Business > Kluwer Arbitration.  A user guide is available.

LawTrio - Searchable database containing Legal Looseleafs in Print, Legal Newsletters in Print, and the Directory of Law-Related CD-ROMs.
