CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) - Pace database on the CISG and International Commercial Law. The CISG is the uniform international sales law of countries that account for two-thirds of all world trade.

International Commercial Law - Covers research in the areas of International Commercial Law, International Trade, International Commercial Arbitration, and Foreign Domestic Commercial Law.  This guide was originally created to assist Pace Law School students who attended an International Trade summer externship; however anyone with the need to research the mentioned subjects might find this guide useful. CIAO - Columbia International Affairs Online (CIAO) is a database of scholarship in international affairs.  Coverage begins with 1991, and  includes working papers conference proceedings, occasional papers, and policy briefs.  Subscription database available to Pace students, faculty, and staff only.  Click here for password.

Foreign Law: Current Sources of Codes and Legislation - Comprehensive guide to foreign law by Thomas H. Reynolds and Arturo A. Flores.  Available on campus only.

HeinOnLine has a Treaties and Agreements Library and the English Reports.  Access remotely using your Pace Portal user name and password.

Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals (IFLP) - Multilingual index to articles published worldwide.  Covers public and private international law, and comparative and municipal law of countries other than the U.S. 

InterAm Database - Laws of Latin American and Caribbean countries, includes some English translations.

International Law in Domestic Courts - Covers important public international law issues being decided in domestic courts around the world.  Includes translations of key passages of non-English judgments that appear alongside the full text of the judgments in the original language.
Available only on campus. 

Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law - Online version of comprehensive work covering the central and essential topics in international law. Reflects international law from a global perspective while taking into account regional perspectives.

United Nations Treaty Collection - Access to the UN Treaty Series, and multilateral treaties. Free as of August 2007. Click here for password.
