PreCYdent - PreCYdent search technology ranks results by "authority." This means it is able to retrieve legally relevant authorities, even if the search terms do not actually occur or occur frequently in the retrieved document. As of April 2008, this beta version contains only U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals cases.

Public Library of the Law - New Fastcase service, offers Supreme Court and Court of Appeals decisions, state case law beginning with 1997, statutory and administrative law, and forms.  Contains free and paid content.

Supreme Court Decisions - Part of Cornell's Legal Information Institute (LII). Contains all decisions back to 1990, and 600 important decisions prior to 1990.  Also available on the Supreme Court's web site, beginning with 1999.

Federal Court Decisions - Federal Judiciary site, contains links to the web sites of all Federal courts.

LexisOne - Free case law from Lexis. Supreme Court decisions back to 1790, selected state and Federal court decisions from 1996.  LexisOne also has statutes and forms.

FindLaw - Access state case law, statutes, and other resources for all 50 states, from Thomson/West.

Justia Federal District Court Opinions - Federal District Court opinions and orders, available beginning with 2004, searchable by party name and lawsuit type.

SCOTUSblog - Supreme Court analysis and commentary, orders and opinions, oral arguments and new filings.  From Akin Gump.

Supreme Court Oral Arguments - From Oyez, includes oral arguments, opinion announcements, argument transcripts, and Justice Internments--maps showing where your favorite Justice is buried.

Interviews of Supreme Court Justices - Videotaped interviews with eight of the nine current justices conducted in 2006-2007 by Bryan Garner on the topic of legal writing and advocacy.

History of the Federal Judiciary - From the Federal Judicial Center, includes biographies and judicial history.
