National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States - Known as the 9-11 Commission, this independent, bipartisan commission was created to investigate the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.  Hearing schedule, public hearings, and staff statements are available.  Prepared statement of Dr. Condoleezza Rice, 4/8/2004.
