Annotated Electronic Library on the CISG (CISG Database)
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is the uniform international sales law of countries that account for three-quarters of all world trade. As a service to the world trade community, the Pace University School of Law offers on the Web a comprehensive and current Annotated Electronic Library on the CISG. The Electronic Library includes the following information on the CISG and International Contract Law:

The Pace Institute of International Commercial Law also contributes to teaching and scholarship in international contract law through its sponsorship and initiative in the creation of the following programs:
Held in Vienna in the spring, the Vis is the premiere international commercial law moot court, attracting students the world over. Founded by Pace Law School, the moot involves an arbitration of a contract of sale between two parties in countries that are signatories to the United Nation's Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
