Housing and Residential Life

Undergraduate Housing
There are four residence halls that offer the New York City undergraduate students a variety of housing options. New York City accommodations are in Maria's Tower at One Pace Plaza, Fulton Hall at 106 Fulton Street, and in leased properties that include The St. George-Weller Building, Clark and 55 John Street. There are seven on-campus undergraduate residence halls on the Pleasantville-Briarcliff campus which include three residence halls on the Pleasantville campus (Martin Hall, North Hall, and the Townhouses) that offer both traditional style residence halls as well as apartment style housing, and four residence halls on the Briarcliff campus (Dow Hall, Hillside House, New Dorm, and Valley House), two traditional style buildings and two suite style options with semi-private bathrooms.  Only students who are enrolled as full-time matriculated students are eligible for on campus housing.

Graduate Housing
Pace University offers graduate students University housing at each of the three campuses. In New York City, graduate students are housed in Fulton Hall, The St. George-Weller Building, and 55 John Street. In White Plains, Dannat Hall houses law students and graduate students enrolled for classes at Pace Law School or the Evelyn & Joseph I. Lubin Graduate Center. There is one on-campus graduate residence hall on the Pleasantville-Briarcliff campus; Graduate students enrolled at the Pleasantville-Briarcliff campus are housed in Howard Johnson Hall located on the Briarcliff campus. Eligible graduate students must be matriculated and enrolled full-time, with a course load of at least nine credits per semester. Graduate students can be provided information upon request.
