Pace has a number of offices that aim to provide outstanding service to parents and Pace students. To get in touch with any of the offices below, you may visit their website or call the number listed. Unsure of which office to contact? Read through the descriptions of what each office does to better understand who to contact.
Academic Programs: The schools and college that make up the University’s academic system.

Academic Calendar: Lists all University holidays, final exam schedules, and winter and spring breaks.
Center for Academic Excellence: The office responsible for Challenge to Achievement at Pace (CAP), first-year student programs, advising services, accommodated testing, and placement testing.
Class Schedule: A complete listing of all classes at Pace during a given semester.
Office of Student Assistance: Encompasses financial aid, registrar, and bursar services.
Undergraduate Catalog: Contains a full listing of all classes that have been taught at the University. Each semester a new catalog is published with classes specific to that academic semester.
Library: Both Pace campuses are equipped with state-of-the-art libraries containing more than just books! Our libraries also house computing facilities, scanners, printers, and software.
Bookstore: Where students go to order textbooks and other materials for class, or pick up official Pace gear.
CAP: The CAP program is designed for first-year students who may need assistance in transitioning to the academic demands of a university education.
Tutoring Center: Provides free, on-the-spot tutoring to any student wishing to gain additional assistance in a variety of subjects and courses.
Writing Center: A free service offered to all Pace students in need of extra help with their writing assignments and/or research process.
Honors College: The Pforzheimer Honors College is open to students meeting certain GPA and/or standardized test score requirements.
Study Abroad: Pace’s abroad program offers students placements in virtually any country, and has credit transfer agreements with a number of international colleges.
Summer Scholars: A program designed specifically for high school students interested in computer science or engineering, and offered through the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems.
Summer Classes: Pace offers classes during the summer to all students who have finished their first year of studies at Pace. Classes are offered at a discounted tuition rate and take place over two summer terms.
