Mission Statement and Vision
The mission of the Pace University-Lenox Hill Hospital Physician Assistant Program is to conduct a quality education program that produces superior physician assistants who possess the requisite skills, knowledge, attitude and understanding to function in diverse communities, populations, and settings, and to treat all patients with dignity, respect and compassion.
The Pace University-Lenox Hill Hospital will create an academic environment that will attract faculty, staff and students who are dedicated to the Program’s mission to provide quality and culturally sensitive medical care.
About the College of Health Professions
The College of Health Professions was established in 2010 in an effort to showcase the breadth of health professions majors at Pace University. The College is made up of the Lienhard School of Nursing and the Pace University-Lenox Hill Hospital Physician Assistant Studies Program. The College’s vision is innovative leadership in education, practice, and scholarship for the health professions, and its mission is to educate and challenge students for the health professions to be innovators and leaders who will positively impact global health care.
