About the PressLocated in downtown New York City in the former New York Times building at 41 Park Row and surrounded by iconic metropolitan sites such as City Hall and the Brooklyn Bridge, Pace University Press has been an integral part of academic publishing since 1987.
The Press publishes scholarly journals and books in the humanities and social sciences. In 1999, Pace University Press partnered with Lightning Source, Inc., a division of the Ingram Book Company, to produce titles on demand. A small university press, Pace UP manages all functions involved in book publishing—acquisitions, editorial, sales and marketing, design and layout—with a small in-house staff.
After over twenty years in operation, the Press has 60 journals and books in print, and a growing international readership for its titles.
