Pace University offers summer housing for visiting and current Undergraduate and Graduate Students at our New York City and Pleasantville campuses. Enrich your summer experience by taking advantage of a special weekly residence rate depending on location at our New York City or Pleasantville campuses if enrolled for 6 credits or more.**

New York City Residence Hall

Pace University's summer housing in NYC will be offered in our 106 Fulton Street residence (summer 1 will be in in 55 John; summer 1 will be in 106 Fulton). Both residence halls give students easy access to their classes at our New York City campus. Residents can take in the sights and sounds of one of the world's most culturally vibrant cities. Located in downtown Manhattan, our residence hall rooms and apartments are furnished with a standard twin bed, desk, chair, dresser, wardrobe or closet, and window blinds. New York City Summer 2013 Housing Rates

Double Room —  $3,400.00 per resident per summer session

Triple Room — $2,875.00 per resident per summer session

"Open" Quad (studio) — $2,750.00 per resident per summer session

"Closed" Quad (2 bedroom) — $3,045.00 per resident per summer session

Westchester Residence Hall

Located on 200 acres of tree-covered countryside, Pleasantville's Martin Hall provides summer session students a variety of housing options in Martin Hall. The residence, located just 40 minutes north of New York City, overlooks Pleasantville's Environmental Center, and houses men and women in single, double, triple, and quadruple rooms. Residents share common bathrooms, have built-in closets, and most rooms come with built-in workstations/desks. Pleasantville — Briarcliff Summer 2013 Housing Rates

Double Room — $1,380 per resident per summer session

Single Room — $1,630 per resident per summer session

Double as a Signle (if available) — $1,820 per resident per summer session

 

** Current Pace University students interested in housing must be registered for a total of 6 of more credits for the summer, or employed for 30 hours or more at a Pace or Co-op internship.
