Welcome to Pace University!

This site was created to guide you through the enrollment process up to the first day of class. Below is a checklist of the required forms and their deadlines for quick reference. You can access detailed information and a copy of each form by clicking on the links provided, or you may use the forms available in the Acceptance Packet you received in the mail.

Accepted Student Checklist:

Accepted student checklist items are due 30 days prior to the start of your first semester. If you are admitted after this deadline, you will have 10 days to submit these items to the appropriate departments.

Tuition Deposit
To reserve your space in the class and secure your financial aid, you must submit a non-refundable $100 tuition deposit.  To deposit online, click here. Or, your payment can be mailed in a separate envelope to the following address:

File your FAFSA
You can apply for federal financial aid online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Once a FAFSA application is submitted, accepted students will receive their Financial Aid package by mail approximately two-three weeks later. The Pace University code for the New York City campus is 002791.

You can also utilize their student portal to view and finalize Financial Aid packaging.
 

Send Final Transcripts
All students admitted provisionally (admission was based on student copies of transcripts) are required to submit official and final transcripts from all previously attended institutions by the first day of class, to:

Please have your healthcare provider complete the Immunization Requirement Form and mail to:

Mathematics Placement Exam - applies ONLY to students enrolling in the Business Studies, BBA or Professional Communication Studies, BS.

We are committed to your success in the iPace program. We want you to complete your degree. Some programs require a basic level of math competency. Therefore, in order for us to determine the best math course for you, you will need to schedule an ONLINE mathematics placement exam. Please contact cnadratowski@pace.edu to schedule your exam. There is no fee for the exam.

Registration
Once the tuition deposit is paid, students should contact their Program Advisor to register for their first semester.  Please visit the Contact Us page for Advisor contact information.
 

New Student Welcome & Online Seminar: Save the dates!

New Student Welcome

Hosted live, a one-hour, online "New Student Welcome" will take place one week prior to the start of your semester.  During this mandatory session for all new iPace students, faculty members will introduce you to the iPace program and all available support services, as well as meet with your Advisor and fellow classmates. Please look for an e-mail for webinar access instructions.

Summer 2013: Tuesday, May 7th, 6:00-7:30 PM

Fall 2013: Thursday, September 5th, 6:00-7:30 PM 

Online Seminar 
A mandatory Online Seminar must be completed the first two weeks prior to the start of the semester  (Excluding iPace Nursing Students): 

Summer 2013: May 2, 2013 - May 15, 2013

Fall 2013: August 29, 2013 - September 11, 2013

Spring 2014: January 2, 2014 - January 15, 2014

Summer 2014: May 15, 2014 - August 6, 2014

The Online Seminar is designed for you to complete independently, over the course of two weeks. Registration for the Online Seminar will be processed at the same time students register for classes with their Advisor.

MyPace Portal
All Pace University students have access to their own student portal. Your MyPace Portal will grant you access to Blackboard, Online course registration, the Financial Aid system, and a variety of other useful resources. See the Pace University Account Activation page to set up yours today.
Textbooks
Required textbook information will be posted in the iPace Blackboard Community Group, where students will be added to post registration. This information will also be e-mailed to you.
Student IDs
Your student ID will be processed in one of three ways:
  • During the iPace on-campus orientation
  • Mailed to the student with the iPace icon in place of a student photo
