THE MICHAEL SCHIMMEL CENTER FOR THE ARTS POLICIES

We are thrilled you’re here.  In order to ensure that your experience with us is the best possible, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies.  We’ll see you soon.

Children:Infants and children under the age of five are not permitted in the Michael Schimmel Center for the Arts.  All other patrons are not allowed into the theatre without a ticket.  Only in specifically advertised situations are children under the age of five permitted in the theatre (i.e. special children shows).

Cameras and Recording Devices: The use of cameras and all other recording devices are not permitted in theatre, unless advertised otherwise on an event-by-event basis.  Using such devices during a performance entitles house management to ask patrons to leave the theatre without a refund.

Cell Phone and Personal Electronic Devices:  All cell phones and personal electronic devices must be turned off prior to the start of all performances at the Michael Schimmel Center for the Arts.  If house management identifies the use of such a device, it will be confiscated and held in the house manager’s office and may be obtained following the performance.

Late Seating:  It is the intention of the Michael Schimmel Center for the Arts to have all performances start at the hour advertised unless an unforeseen delay occurs.  For the comfortable and enjoyment of all our patrons, anyone arriving while the performance is in progress will be seated at the discretion of the artist and house management.  For all Pace Presents performances, late seating will take place fifteen minutes into the program.  There are no refunds for those arriving later than fifteen minutes into the performance.

Smoking: The Michael Schimmel Center for the Arts is a non-smoking, tobacco free environment.
