Academic Programs
The School of Education’s academic programs are designed to help future educators become advocates for students, promote change and progress in their community, gain student-teaching experience, and pass New York State’s rigorous teaching examinations. Our small class sizes, professional preparation, and convenient campus locations enable both undergraduate and graduate students to enter the teaching profession with confidence. Our faculty comes from years of teaching experience and brings real-world experience into the classroom. Classes use case-based learning to emphasize real scenarios so students will better process information and see how real teachers face challenges on a daily basis.
At Pace, we offer programs in teaching children, adolescents, students with disabilities, and technology, as well as certification courses for working teachers.
