Through our specialized academic centers, the School of Education is creating partnerships, advancing the Pace mission and enhancing the School of Education experience to prepare candidates to be thoughtful, prepared leaders in the classroom and greater educational community. Coinciding with the opening of the TARA Center, Pace was awarded a grant from the United States Department of Education to provide post-graduate training for teachers of students with autism in January 2006.      
 
 

Located in White Plains, NY, the Center for Literacy Enrichment is staffed by certified reading and ESL teachers and has provided literacy instruction for more than 25 years.
