Brief Personal Bio/Message

I have worked as an educator for 34 years.  During that time I have been a classroom teacher in middle and high schools.  I have also worked as a teacher-consultant alongside classroom teachers in 4 of the 5 boroughs of New York City implementing structural and instructional reform.  Since 2001, I have worked as a teacher-educator with teachers who are completing their masters’ degrees through both traditional and alternate pathways to certification.  I am inspired by the classroom teachers with whom I work.
