About the Center

 

The Center for Continuing Legal Education was established at Pace Law School in 1994. The mission of the Center is to provide training to practicing attorneys with the goal that they will be better able to serve their clients and communities. Center for Continuing Legal Educatione strive to provide quality and meaningful continuing legal education taught by Pace Law School faculty and experts in the field of law. The Center trains over two thousand attorneys each year on local and national topics ranging from substantive legal issues and trial skills to legal writing and office management.

The Center for Continuing Legal Education is an approved Provider of Continuing Legal Education in New York State. Please read the regulation and guidelines for the mandatory continuing legal education program for attorneys in the state of New York.

Scholarship/Financial Hardship: Full and partial scholarships are available to all attorneys working in government or not-for-profit organizations and are available for unemployed attorneys. This may be either in the form of a reduction or a waiver of tuition. Requests are to be made in writing to Kathleen Carlisle, Director of Pace CCLE, on an individual program basis.  Financial Hardship application.

Credit Card Information: The Center for Continuing Legal Education collects credit card information when you pay by that method. We use this information ONLY to obtain payment.


Unless otherwise indicated, CLE programs will take place on the Pace Law School campus in White Plains, NY in the Robert B. Fleming Moot Court Room in the Joseph and Bessie Gerber Glass Law Center. Click here for directions to the campus. CLE programs held at Pace Law School will be canceled if Pace University closes due to inclement weather conditions.
