Shelby D. Green
 

Prior to coming to Pace Law School, Professor Green taught corporations, property, and communications law at the Shepard Broad Law Center of Nova University. While there she received the award for outstanding service to the law school. As a solo practitioner in Washington DC, Green specialized in corporate law, communications law, and litigation. As an associate with Nixon, Hargrave, Devans & Doyle Professor Green focused on corporate, communications, litigation, tax, and labor law.

She has authored articles in the areas of corporate philanthropy, management buyouts, and the public and private interests of media corporations. Professor Green is a member of the board of directors of Westchester/Putnam Legal Services and recently won a pro bono service award from the New York State Bar Association.

At Pace Law School, Professor Green teaches Property, Entertainment Law, and Real Estate Transactions.
