Two Undergraduate Programs Reaccredited by ABET

ABETThe University was recently notified that both the BS in Computer Science and BS in Information Systems offered through the Seidenberg School were reaccredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission (CAC) of ABET, Inc. ABET, Inc. is the nationally recognized accrediter of college and university programs in applied science, computing, engineering and technology. The BS in Computer Science, initially accredited in 1986, is one of only 10 similar programs in New York State to receive this recognition; the BS in Information Systems, first accredited in 2001, is the sole program of its kind in New York State at this time.
