Research and Funded Projects
Information assurance research and funded projects
Research is a key aspect of the Information Assurance Education and Research Center. More than 25 full-time Pace faculty teach or conduct research into information assurance. The faculty is very active in IA practice and research, and members are constantly contributing to literature in the field. Our students are also keen participants in various publications, with numerous research papers and dissertations appearing in peer-reviewed journals and periodicals.
We aim to explore the full spectrum of information assurance, and conduct research into areas such as information security management, intrusion detection, web security, biometrics and pattern recognition, information assurance education, privacy, computer forensics, information technology auditing, national security and criminal investigation, and more.
