When considering an organization, it is important to meet as many of the members as possible. Greek Life at Pace University connects you to the larger campus community during your time in college and beyond. Be sure to ask about the founding values of the organization, what type of events the organization participates in, and what the organizations looks for in its members.
The Pace Greek community has over 20 chapters and makes up 10.5% of the full time undergraduate students at the University. Our fraternity men and sorority women are excited about the future and meeting potential new members. Our fraternities and sororities are looking for men and women who will contribute to our organizations and the campus. Despite what you may hear or see on television, Greek Life is more than just a party scene. It is a balance of scholarship, service, leadership, and establishing larger social networks.
Remember though, while you are looking for an organization that will fulfill your needs, the organization is also looking for member who will commit to their values. The recruitment/intake process is a mutual selection process. Be sure that you are comfortable with the organization and that they are comfortable with your before you join.
