- Step 2: Go to the SDACA Orgsync page.
- Step 3: Click the forms link on the left hand side of the page.
Note: the links embeded in step 2 and 3 will only work if you are: (1) Loged in to Orgsync; and (2) A member of the SDACA organization on Orgsync.
