The center is operational Monday through Thursday from 8am to 7pm and Friday 8am to 6pm during the Spring and Fall semesters. Holiday, Intersession, and Summer hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. The staff logs all calls into an online system for action, and follows up on calls to ensure customer problems are resolved in a timely manner.
