We’re excited to announce a new initiative called Each One Reach One (EORO) designed to build stronger bonds between faculty and first year students. Professors on the New York campus will be hosting a wide variety of activities designed to help students and faculty get to know each other better. EORO will also help you understand the course offerings of different departments, explore career options, and connect with other students with similar interests.
Please explore the calendar of activities on this web site (under construction), and sign up for ones that are right for you. Perhaps you’d like to go with a group of students and a professor to a museum, or attend a meeting about career options in a given field. Maybe you’d like to go out to lunch with several students and a professor and talk about your experience at Pace. These and many other activities will be open to you.
If it's an event that's limited to a small number of students, email the faculty member coordinating the event and let him/her know you want to join. Otherwise, just show up.
Let us know what you think of these events by filling out the evaluation form, and if you participate in more than one EORO activity, please give us feedback on all of them.
EORO begins this semester. Once launched, we will undoubtedly discover details we have forgotten or ways we can improve. Please write us with your suggestions and comments at EORO@pace.edu.
In the coming weeks, please keep checking the EORO calendar for new listings, and when you attend an event, show us by taking a photograph and posting it to instagram with the hashtag #eoro . We may put it up on this site as well.
We look forward to getting to know you better and hearing from you soon.
