How, When, and Where to use Webforms
Webforms are enabled on the site for editors to create forms/questionnaires to collect data from visitors. They are fairly simple to use and allow you to create some complex forms in the UI w/o coding. However, you should contact Web Services to review webforms and get a brief demonstration of how to configure them. You will need an email recipient(s) address.
Webforms are available within the T3 Content Type. This allows you to add a webform to a T3 article page so you can add a left-hand navigation menu. Create the T3 first and save it, then add the webform components.
The form on this page is an example of how it will look, embedded in the T3 layout.
