Undergraduate Admission

First-Year Students

First-year students must have completed high school and must provide proof of graduation to Pace University in order to register for classes and receive financial assistance. Please arrange to have your final high school transcript or equivalent, including official graduation date, sent to the Office of Undergraduate Admission as soon as possible but no later than August 1, 2019. If applicable, forward transcripts and AP/IB test scores from college work completed while in high school.

Transfer Students

Transfer students must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Transfers must provide proof of high school graduation or its equivalent to Pace University and send final college transcripts from all previously attended institutions in order to register for classes and receive financial assistance. Please arrange to have these documents sent to the Office of Undergraduate Admission as soon as possible, but no later than August 1, 2019.

To satisfy the proof of graduation requirement, a student may submit at least one of the following:

  • Final secondary school transcript from an accredited U.S. or international school indicating date of graduation (copies faxed directly from the secondary school are acceptable)
  • Copy of secondary school diploma/completion-leaving certificate from an accredited U.S. or international school indicating date of graduation
  • Copy of state GED/ high school equivalency diploma or test scores indicating date diploma was issued

Please note that an associate degree is not sufficient proof of high school completion.

Transfer credits may be granted for courses with a grade of “C” or better and if the course is appropriate to the student’s program of study. Transfer credits will not be posted without an official transcript. If applicable, forward transcripts and AP/IB test scores from college work completed while in high school.

Important Note Regarding Transcripts

Failure to submit all final transcripts will result in a hold on your registration and may jeopardize financial aid awards.

All transcripts should be sent via mail or electronically to:

Pace University
Application Processing Center
861 Bedford Rd
Pleasantville, NY 10570-2799

Whenever possible, Pace prefers to receive transcripts electronically.

Pace University participates in several electronic transcripts networks: Credentials, Parchment Exchange, National Student Clearing House, and eSCRIP-SAFE. Confirm with the prior institution to determine if they participate in any of these networks. If a send-to e-mail address is required, please use AppProcessing@pace.edu.
