What is BankMobile?

BankMobile is Pace’s third-party refund distribution company. We encourage all students to select a refund preference to ensure that it will be disbursed promptly if a refund becomes available to you. Ensure your mailing address in your student portal is a local US Mailing Address so that your information can be sent to BankMobile. Please feel free to contact the Auxiliary Services/One Card Office with any questions.

How do I choose my preference? 
You will receive detailed instructions when you receive your BankMobile code. If you haven't received a personal code via mail or email. Please log into your Pace Portal to select your refund preference. Select "Students" and under Student Services you will see "BankMobile Refund Selection". If you have any issues, please call or email us at 1 (877) 772-3431 or auxiliaryservices@pace.edu for assistance.

What are my refund preferences?
There are two refund preferences:

  1. ACH Transfer-Deposit into your US bank account

    or
  2. Open an online checking account with BankMobile and receive a debit card to use.
