How do I receive my One Card?

New Students

As a result of new student orientations taking place online, the following new procedures will be required for the safety of all:

  • All incoming students will be required to electronically upload photos prior to arriving on Pace’s campus. Link and instructions below.
  • Resident student ID’s will be provided to the housing teams prior to the move-in process. Resident students will retrieve their ID at the time of check-in from residence life.
  • Commuter students who have received a notification that their ID photos have been approved and would like to pick them can email the ID office at auxiliaryservices@pace.edu to schedule a pick-up time.

*The ID Office will close for approximately 30 minutes at 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. for cleaning.

Returning Students

All returning students who have lost or misplaced their ID Card will be required to submit a helpdesk ticket or email to Auxiliary Services prior to returning to campus to request a replacement. Replacement cards will be pre-printed and available for pick-up at the onset of the fall semester or resumption of activities on campus.

There is a $25 fee for replacement cards.

Staff and Faculty

  • All new hire employees will be required to electronically upload photos prior to arriving on Pace’s campus. These changes will be communicated by HR to new staff and faculty.
  • All returning staff or faculty who have lost or misplaced their ID Card will be required to submit a helpdesk ticket or email to Auxiliary Services prior to returning to campus to request a replacement. Replacement cards will be pre-printed and available for pick-up at the onset of the fall semester or resumption of activities on campus.
