This interactive course will consist of teacher modeling and explanation with a heavy emphasis on in-class practice.  Individual and group activities will be given and participants will have the opportunity to practice their skills and receive essential feedback.

Meet the Instructor

Danielle Plass has worked at Pace University for the past twelve years.  She is responsible for training students, faculty and staff on a variety of topics and has a deep understanding of how to communicate effectively in a variety of work contexts.  In addition, she presents at national and international conferences throughout the year.  Danielle has a degree from Columbia University in the City of New York. She is also a member of the New York State Communications Association (NYSCA).
