How To Apply

Application Process

Submit (1) a cover letter describing your interest in this internship, (2) curriculum vitae or resume, and (3) one letter of recommendation (from a professor or employer in a field related to psychology) via email to Dr. Faedra Dagirmanjian at Recommendation letters should be sent directly from the writer to the same email address. There is no formal application form to complete when applying for this internship. Please simply submit the three items listed above.

Applications will be accepted from Monday, January 4, 2021 through Friday, January 29, 2021. Applications received in December 2020 or February 2021 will not be considered.

Applicants who are selected for an interview will be contacted in March to schedule an interview.

Applicants will receive an email confirmation no later than February 12, 2021 if all three application items have been received. Please do not contact the office to verify receipt before this date.

Note: The internship is a part-time (20 hours: Wednesday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Thursday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.), unpaid, volunteer-based training program. If you need a specific number of hours, or will need formal confirmation of your hours, for your university, please note this in your cover letter.

Candidates must be rising seniors enrolled in an undergraduate program in psychology or a related field.  Rising juniors and students graduating mid-year will not be considered. Candidates should have a desire to earn an advanced degree in psychology or a related field.  International applicants are eligible as long as they are enrolled undergraduates as noted above.

Pace students are not eligible for this internship.
