PwC has led the way in bringing together more than 150 companies into The CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ commitment as part of our dedication to advancing workplace diversity. As a unique collaboration of more than 150 CEOs of the world’s leading organizations, we have agreed to take action to cultivate workplace environments where diverse experiences and perspectives are welcomed. In the fall of 2017, Pace University joined this initiative.
Companies have pledged to take action on three common commitments: to continue to cultivate workplaces that support open dialogue about diversity and inclusion, to implement and expand unconscious bias education and to share best known—as well as unsuccessful—actions with each other and with the business community so businesses can learn from each other.
