American Studies

Explore America Your Way

With the BA in American Studies, you’ll have the freedom to explore in this interdisciplinary and individualized degree. You will develop your own areas of expertise through this “do-it-yourself” major, using coursework and independent projects to learn more about the diverse experience of Americans and the relationship between the United States and the rest of the world. Choose courses from more than 20 traditional majors, from anthropology to women’s and gender studies to theater.
