Join the Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) Committee as they host a special virtual event on diversity, equity, and inclusion featuring special guest speaker and moderator, Ericka Riggs, chief diversity, equity, and inclusion officer at Omnicom Specialty Marketing Group. Riggs is “back by popular demand” after presenting an amazing session to students during Black Futures Week entitled “Gen Z, Activism and the Impact on the Industry” which left us all on the edge of our seats and wanting more!

Riggs will speak on a variety of topics, including millennial and Gen Z activism, Juneteenth, and her wide-ranging experiences as a diversity executive. In addition to hearing from Riggs, she will also moderate a panel discussion with four recent Pace graduates who work in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in their respective industries.
