Academic Portfolio Workshop

This workshop allows faculty to work on one of three sections of their TAP eDossier: teaching, research, or service. For faculty who have never attended or completed a teaching portfolio workshop we recommend you work on the teaching section of your portfolio before your research or service sections. For faculty who have completed a teaching portfolio, you may decide which sections you would like to complete – research or service, not both. This 4-day workshop is intensive and it is only offered in January or June.

Information Session on Tenure and Promotion

This workshop is for faculty applying for tenure and/or promotion in the 2018-2019 academic year. The Tenure and Promotion Workshop is geared to full-time faculty from Seidenberg, Dyson, College of Health Professions, Lubin, and the School of Education currently at the Assistant Professor level applying for tenure and to rank of Associate Professor, or currently at the Associate Professor level wishing to apply to rank of Full Professor.

One-on-one sessions for Interfolio

One-on-one sessions are offered to faculty who need assistance setting up their eDossier on Interfolio. At this session, Ally Kimmel will assist faculty who are going up for TAP with using the system, uploading documents, organizing dossier, sharing files, submitting files to the TAP review, communicating through Interfolio, and more.

The NYC Faculty Center office have work stations where faculty can work on their dossiers using Adobe and Microsoft Office tools.

eDossier setup and sharing will be reviewed at the annual Tenure and Promotion Workshop and at the Academic Portfolio Workshop.
