Alumni Hall Residence Director
Abigail is from Kingston, Jamaica. She began her higher education journey at Randolph College in Lynchburg, VA, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. In Spring 2017, Abigail earned her Master of Arts at the University of Connecticut, in the Higher Education and Student Affairs masters program. Abigail is a second-year Residence Director in Alumni Hall and, works with the Nursing, Body & Mind, and Setter Leadership House FIGs. Abigail is excited to support first-year students during their transition to college and, work towards greatness with the Setter family!
North Hall Residence Director
Khadijah Donaldson is originally from Brentwood, New York. Khadijah received her Bachelors in Communication Arts with a focus in Public Relations from St. John's University. She earned her Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration at Stony Brook University. While working toward her masters, Khadijah was a Graduate Hall Director at the College of Mount Saint Vincent. Outside of work, Khadijah loves to create DIY projects, trying new recipes (cooking and baking), traveling, Disney and spending time with her family and friends! Khadijah is very excited to start her professional career at Pace working in North Hall!
Townhouses Residence Director
Paige is originally from Plainfield, New Jersey! Paige received her Bachelors in Political Science and History from Rutgers New Brunswick. She also earned her Masters of Education from the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers New Brunswick. While working toward her masters Paige was a Residence Director (RD) in a first-year residence hall for two years. In addition to being an RD, she worked at Princeton University, Emory University and worked as an Academic coach with first-generation students and athletes. Outside of work, Paige loves going to NYC and going to brunch, exploring museums, going to art shows and spending time hosting friends and family at her place. I am so excited to start my professional career here at Pace!
Elm Hall Residence Director
Kendall is originally from Nanuet in Rockland County, NY. Kendall received her B.A. in Applied Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University, Berks Campus. During her undergraduate carer Kendall was involved in various student leadership opportunities (i.e. resident assistant, resident life assistant, first year peer mentor, EOP mentor, SSS undergraduate intern , and orientation leader) leading to her wanting to purse a career working on a college campus. Following, she earned her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership with a concentration in College Student Affairs. While working towards her Masters, Kendall gained experience working with a tuition scholarship program, TRIO Upward Bound, women's resource center, Title IX, and student conduct. Outside of work, Kendall loves spending time with friends and family, trying new food places, and finding new ways of practicing self-care. Kendall is very excited to start her career at Pace and working with the Elm Hall community!
Martin Hall Residence Director
Victoria previously called Miami, FL her home where she attended The University of Miami in for her undergraduate career in Education. She then went on to give a year of service by working for City Year Miami, where she served as a tutor, and mentor, for Middle School children. Victoria then went on to graduate from Florida International University with her Master's degree in Higher Education Administration. Victoria has gained multiple experiences in Student Affairs through her previous jobs in Career Services, Orientation, and First Year Programs. Outside of her professional life, Victoria loves all things Disney, Harry Potter, and Doctor Who. She also has a huge passion for baking, singing, and traveling. Victoria is very excited to be serving as the Residence Director of Martin Hall for a second year!
Wen was born in China and moved to the United States in 2000. She has lived in Georgia for over 18 years before moving to Pleasantville, NY. She graduated from the University of Georgia (UGA) where she studied Psychology and Sociology. During her time at UGA, she served as a resident assistant. She then went on to earn her Master's in Counselor Education with an emphasis in Student Affairs at Clemson University. While at Clemson, Wen worked as a graduate assistant in academic affairs while also holding internships in various offices such as international services, multicultural affairs, and academic integrity. Wen is thrilled to return to residence life and is looking forward to working with student leaders in Alumni Hall!
