Vacation - Personal Day Accruals and Approvals

Manager's Responsibilities

If a manager approves an employee's request to use unaccrued Vacation or Personal days, he/she must document, in writing, that the employee has been informed that if he/she terminates employment prior to the accrual of these days, the value of the day(s) used will be deducted from the employee's final paycheck.
