Organizational Learning and Development
It is the mission of the Organizational Learning and Development department to support the vision, strategy, and the Five Year Strategic Plan of the University, through the training, development, and education of its staff. We will provide the opportunities staff need to gain the behavior, knowledge, and skill to achieve the University’s vision and its strategy in achieving its operating and financial goals.
Through the design and implementation of organizational learning and development processes and activities, we will focus on building overall organizational capability and the return of the University’s investment in its people.
Through collaborative effort, we will achieve this mission by partnering with the schools and divisions, assisting them in their efforts to achieve success. We will provide an integrated system of Human Resource processes and learning opportunities that have their foundation in the University’s strategy and plans, thereby contributing to the University’s growth, success, and vitality, as well as the development of its staff for the present and future.
