Setting the Pace

A Management Development Program

Setting the Pace is an intensive, twelve month learning experience designed to help ensure Pace’s future success through its first line people management. The program provides focus on personal and management skills, as well as the competencies and tools required, for exceptional management of others.

Participation in Setting the Pace is by nomination. Successful candidates are managers and supervisors who have exhibited exceptional performance and potential for development. The individuals past performance as measured by the Performance Management Development Process (PMDP) is taken into consideration for selection.
