All members of the Pace Community

Counseling Centers - Located on the New York, Pleasantville and Law School campuses, the Counseling Center Staff is available to discuss any personal or emotional difficulties in complete confidentiality. Services include individual and group counseling and range from counseling for personal and professional problems to crisis intervention.

Ethics Reporting Hotline - The University has a toll-free hotline number to allow the University community to anonymously and confidentially report suspected violations of University policies and federal, state and local laws. The University’s toll free hotline phone number is 1-800-821-2456.

Affirmative Action Office - The Affirmative Action Office aids in the implementation of the University's commitment to equal opportunity, affirmative action and diversity. The office monitors the University’s non-discrimination and affirmative action policies which prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, race, age, ethnicity, marital status, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or veteran status. The office is responsible for coordinating the University’s investigation of discrimination, and harassment (including sexual harassment) complaints filed against University employees by other employees, students or visitors. The Environmental Health and Safety Office - To help ensure a safe and healthful learning and occupational environment, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) serves, advises, and collaborates with the Pace University community by providing technical support, information and training, consultation, and periodic audits of environmental, health and safety practices and regulatory compliance. Office of the Dean of Students - The NYC, Pleasantville and Law School offices oversee implementation of University rules and regulations applicable to student life and conduct. Students may arrange to meet with the Dean of Students if they wish to discuss personal, emotional, or academic issues.


Faculty Grievance Committees – There is a faculty grievance committee on each campus, for the purpose of securing prompt and equitable solutions to the grievances of faculty members.

Employee Relations, Human Resources - Employee Relations assists with general management regarding developing, maintaining and improving employee relationships via communication, performance management, processing disagreements and/or disputes as well as interpreting and conveying University policies.

Employee Assistance Program - It can be difficult to balance the demands of work with those of your personal life. The work-life balance EAP is here to help. It provides unlimited telephone consultations with master’s-level consultants, web-based tools and online information for you and anyone in your family who needs help.
