Faculty/Student Employee Separation Form (PDF)

New Hire Faculty Verification Form (PDF)
Complete to confirm hiring of a Full-Time or Adjunct Faculty Member.

Flexible Work Arrangement Agreement (PDF)
Complete when employee is requesting a Flexible Work Schedule

Temporary Services Request Form (PDF)
Complete when temporary services are needed.

Compensation

PLEASE NOTE: Effective March 7, 2011 the Schools/College will be required to use the new automated payment action systems for most salary actions. (More actions will be added in Phase II.)  Access the Payment Action system, or, go to the Payment Actions option under the Staff Tab in the Pace Portal.

Position Description Guidelines (PDF) For Position Descriptions, hiring managers must use the People Admin system provided on the portal under the staff tab.
Provide instructions for completing a position description.

Payroll

Payroll Action Request Form (PDF)
The purpose of this form is to request an off-cycle payroll payment (manual check) for a Pace University employee.  Please reference the Off Cycle Payroll Payment Policy before making request.

This form is fully functional when using Internet Explorer.  To fill out form using FireFox, please open link above, then download the document to your computer.  Please follow these Payroll Action Request Form instructions (PDF) on how to fill out the form. Once the criteria is met and the form is completely filled out, email it to hris@pace.edu for final approval and processing.
