Academic and Professional Engagement Activities

I am a practicing CPA who services a wide variety of clients. They include manufacturing, retail, non-profit and service activities. I have conducted financial audits, tax preparations, tax audits, financial reviews and compilations. Much of my CPA practice entails general business consulting and advice. Past work experiences include Supervisor of Consulting Services for Ernst and Young and Manager of Financial Analysis at Uniroyal Corporation. At Ernst and Young, I set up accounting systems for major corporations, consulted on corporate relocations and many feasibility studies. I have done many peer reviews of CPA practices. I keep very current with changes in the accounting profession by taking at least 40 hours of continuing professional education each year.
