From Mean Girls day, to movie nights, to making crafts, 50 Days and 50 Nights keeps on rolling with another week of unique events to keep you busy on the PLV Campus.

Whether you’re looking for “grool” activities to commemorate Mean Girls or preparing to put your odd game skills to the test in Minute to Win It, SDCA’s 50 Days and 50 Nights has you covered.

No Game, No Haze

Feeling hazy about hazing? Come out to this anti-hazing awareness event to learn more.

Minute to Win It

Are you a pro at sliding an Oreo from your forehead to your mouth without using your hands or dropping it? Join the Interfraternity Council for a fun fall recruitment event where teams of students will compete in odd games based off of the namesake TV game show in the hopes of winning a special prize.

City Saturday

Ready to take a bite out of the Big Apple, which is just a quick ride from your campus? Join the Office of Multicultural Affairs and Diversity Programs for a trip that will get you immersed in the fun and excitement that the bustling city has to offer.

Colors for a Cause
2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. | Miller Lawn
Get colorful and competitive for a great cause! Colors for a Cause is an annual event hosted by the sisters of Sigma Iota Chi in honor of breast cancer awareness and the Alzheimer’s Association. Attendees will split into teams, throw colored powder, and play field games such as tug of war, water balloon toss, wheel barrow racing, hula hoop games, and plenty of water gun wars.

Blacklight Roller Rink/90s Night

Roll back to the 90s! Get ready to roller skate to your favorite 90s hits and send your taste buds through time with food inspired from the decade.

Speaker Don McPherson

Sexual Assault Prevention and Education on the PLV Campus will host a speech from Don McPherson—a former college football and NFL player, entrepreneur, feminist, and activist who speaks on issues of violence, bullying, sexual assault, and more.

La Vida Latina

Livin’ la vida Latina! Embrace Latino culture through a night of fun, food, music, crafts, art, and dancing hosted by the Organization of Latin American Students.

Walk a Mile

Lace up your walking shoes and take some laps around Choate Pond to raise money for charity.

Mean Girls Takeover

“On October 3rd he asked me what day it is…” It’s finally October 3rd! Mean Girls fans rejoice for a whole day dedicated to the “grool” movie that will always be our favorite guilty pleasure.

Volleyball vs. American International College

Break out your big hair and inner 80s rocker for 80s night at the women’s volleyball game against American International College at home.

Black Cinema Movie Night

Grab some free cotton candy, a snow cone, popcorn, and get ready to laugh through a screening of the 2015 comedy Dope with the Black Student Union (BSU).

Pleasantville Campus Fall 2016 Internship Fair

Score an internship and set yourself up for success! Come to the Pleasantville Campus Fall 2016 Internship Fair to meet with employers hiring for a variety of majors. Make sure to bring several copies of your resume, dress for success in professional attire, and get ready to make those important networking connections. This event is open to all students and will feature more than 50 different companies, including A+E Television Networks, FBI, PwC, Westchester Medical Center, IBM, and more!

Anatomy Coloring

Coloring isn’t just for kids. Health profession majors can come pick up an anatomy coloring book to aid them in their courses and unwind in their free time with a relaxing activity.
