U-G-L-WHY? Because it’s fun. Eat, drink, be merry, and wear the ugliest ugly sweater you have as Generation Citizen hosts the ever-popular ugly sweater mixer. Don’t have one? Bring a regular sweater and art supplies will be provided for you to decorate your own. We’re talking puffy paint, people.
Profiling Pace University Activists Gallery
Wednesday, December 3 | 6:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m. | Location TBA
Activism: [noun] the policy or action of using vigorous campaigning to bring about political or social change. Have you seen it at Pace University? Generation Citizen presents a gallery, Profiling Pace University Activists, where attendees will learn about the accomplishments of Pace students and professors.
Generation Citizen at Pace University is a chapter of Generation Citizen that works to encourage the student body to become active citizens. With the help of Democracy Coaches (DC), Generation Citizen teaches a course in civics action to high school and middle school students using a pre-structured curriculum.
