Advocacy In Action

News Story

Insightful and inspiring women in STEM will be heading to the NYC Campus to share their experiences across a wide variety of subjects. Become an advocate!

At Pace, the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems advances women in technology as one of its core commitments. In recent years, Seidenberg has recruited and sustained 28% or higher enrollment of female students in its computing programs, surpassing the national average of 18%.

Join Seidenberg, Randstad Technologies, and Women in Technology International (WITI) for a presentation by a panel of insightful, influential women to discuss the challenges and opportunities that exist in STEM fields. Some of the topics covered will be based on the team’s findings from a recent research project on job security, influence of mentors, career advancement and inhibitors, navigating different points of view, and lessons learned.
