Free your voice…and your calendar as VOX Arts and Literary Journal brings you an evening of poetry and performance in NYC and launch celebration in PLV.

We’ll have what they’re having: on the VOX. Have a sip of homemade chapbooks and toast to our writers here at Pace at an upcoming reading in NYC and launch event in PLV:

Handmade/Homemade Exhibit 2015: Northeast by Northwest Reading
Monday, May 4 | 8:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. | Bianco Room | NYC Campus
Join the VOX Arts and Literary Journal for a special evening of poetry and performance by contributors to this year’s Handmade/Homemade exhibit, featuring handmade, homemade, and letterpress chapbooks; one-of-a-kind editions; and broadsides by artists from the northeast and northwest regions of the United States.

Readings by:

>>Jody Gladding, author of Translations from Bark Beetle, Rooms and Their Airs, and Stone Crop
>>Marthe Reed, author of Nights Reading; Pleth, a collaboration with j hastain; (em)bodied bliss, Gaze; and Tender Box, A Wunderkammer
>>Bertha Rogers, visual artist and poet; author of Heart Turned Back; Wild; and Even the Hemlock: Poems, Illuminations, Reliquaries.

The event is free and open to the public.

VOX Arts and Literary Journal’s Launch Event and English Department Celebration of Writing

Join us as we celebrate VOX Arts and Literary Journal’s newest issue. The launch event includes student readings from the newest issue of VOX, prize announcements, and sharing free copies of the latest issue of VOX Arts and Literary Journal. This event is co-sponsored with Sigma Tau Delta and the Department of English and Modern Languages.

VOX Arts and Literary Journal publishes the original poetry, prose, artwork, and photography of Pace University students, faculty, and alumni. For more information, visit
