Diversity Campus Climate Survey

We are well underway in our work toward creating a more equitable and inclusive environment for everyone at Pace. Take part in this necessary work by letting your voice and your unique experiences be heard in this 100% anonymous survey.
Earlier this month, a group of Pace students, faculty, staff, and alumni gathered virtually for the first meeting of the Presidential Task Force on Diversity and Inclusion (PDF). The members of this task force were elected by their respective governing body and appointed by leadership across the University to examine and improve the Pace experience for all—especially those from historically underrepresented communities. By identifying processes and actions that will actively promote diversity, equity, an inclusive environment, and shared responsibility and accountability, Pace will become a more vibrant and and belonging for all.
As a member of the Pace Community, your voice is absolutely vital to this work. Returning students have received an email with the survey link from Tiffany Hamilton, the chief diversity officer. Please take the time to fill out our Diversity Campus Climate Survey, which should take about 10 minutes to complete. This is your opportunity to share your experience in a space that is 100% anonymous. We will not be logging any names or personal information, only recording your experience.
For more information on the work of the Presidential Task Force and its progress, please be sure to check your Pace email! Tiffany Hamilton, the chief diversity officer, has been sending out communications throughout the summer and Fall 2020. We appreciate your interest and time! If you have any further questions, you're welcome to email the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
