You’re invited to Lubin’s Executive in Residence series in Westchester on Wednesday, March 27, and NYC on Thursday, April 18. Hear from current business leaders and gain strategies to help you in your everyday professional life.
Each year, chairs, CEOs, presidents, and other top executives visit Pace for a day to meet with the Pace Community as part of Lubin’s Executive in Residence program. Students, faculty, and staff get the opportunity to interact with these guests throughout the day, ask questions, learn about positions in various industries, share concerns, and glean strategies on how to flourish within their current position.
This spring, Lubin is bringing two executives to Pace:
Executive in Residence: Heidi Davidson ’00
Wednesday, March 27

Heidi Davidson ’00 is a marketing and communications executive with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and companies of all sizes tell their stories. Through the firm she co-founded, Galvanize Worldwide, she works with a number of start-ups, scale-ups, and venture capital firms to evaluate investment opportunities and advise businesses. She also works with clients on marketing and communications programs, crisis communication, change management, as well as media and presentation skills training.
Executive in Residence: Chris O’Leary ’81
Thursday, April 18
Chris O’Leary ’81 is a graduate of Pace with a BBA in Marketing and an MBA from NYU. Following a 35-year career in marketing and general management at General Mills and PepsiCo, O’Leary is now in private equity as a partner at Twin Ridge Capital and an advisor to KKR. He’s also on the board for both Telephone and Data Systems Inc. and CARE USA. O’Leary started his career at PepsiCo as a marketing intern. He applied for and landed an exclusive internship, working 30+ hours a week during his last three semesters at Pace.
