Lubin Professor Philip Cohen, LLM, will have two of his articles republished by Practicing Law Institute (PLI) in their 2019 Corporate Tax Series. As a result, PLI will now be including a total of four of Cohen's articles in their yearly compendium of US corporate tax law commentary.
