Movies, treats, and parties, oh my! At Pace, we don’t just celebrate Halloween once—across both campuses, you’ll find so many ways to get involved. Whether you’re into the spooky scene or just want to kick back with some candy corn, we got you.

NYC Campus

Monster Bash
Wednesday, October 23 | 8:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. | 41 Park Row, Dezer Den
Pace Music Group presents a scary fun night of costumes, karaoke, and a performance by Falyn, the newest Pace Music Group artist. She's a singer-songwriter and an arts and entertainment management major right here at Pace.

Hamilton Madison House Halloween Party
Saturday, October 26 | 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. | Hamilton Madison House
Join the Center for Community Action and Research (CCAR) for their annual Hamilton Madison House Halloween Party! Come in costume and lead activities like face painting and games with children at the community center. Please RSVP in order to attend the Hamilton Madison House party, and email Vandana Pawa with any questions.

Screening: Us
Monday, October 28 | 7:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. | One Pace Plaza, Room W520
POP TV will be hosting a spooky movie night film screening of Us, the critically acclaimed horror flick directed by Jordan Peele, who also directed the smash hit Get Out. Food will be provided! All are welcome to join them for an evening of chills and thrills, not to mention tasty treats in preparation for the big holiday.

Join the Counseling Center for games, prizes, and plenty of candy! They’re offering up tips specifically for navigating Halloween festivities, so be sure to stop by and be safe this holiday season.

Village Halloween Parade
Thursday, October 31 | 6:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. | On 6th Avenue, north of Spring Street
The American Marketing Association will be participating in New York’s Village Halloween Parade! Every year, participants in NYC pull out all the stops for a fun-filled night of floats, costumes, and celebration. Dress in your best and meet them there!

Fright Night Party
Thursday, October 31 | 7:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. | Student Center
You’re invited to the International Student Club’s Halloween party! It’s sure to be a spooktacular time, so bring your costumed crew and enjoy an evening of tricks, treats, and awesome company.

Screening: Friday the 13th
Friday, October 25 | 7:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m. | Alumni Lawn
Friday the 13th is a popular horror franchise mainly focusing on the fictional character Jason Voorhees, who drowned as a boy at Camp Crystal Lake due to the negligence of the camp staff. Decades later, the lake is rumored to be cursed, which becomes the setting for a series of mass murders. Join the Film Appreciation Program on this journey of horror outside!

Homecoming Party: Halloween Edition

After you’ve hit up all the events and activities happening during Homecoming, why don’t you close out the night with a Halloween extravaganza? Join the United Cultural Council for their special Homecoming party with a spooky twist.

Día de los Muertos
Saturday, October 26 | 10:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m. | Willcox Multi-Purpose Room
The Organization of Latin American Students invites you to their event celebrating the Day of the Dead, or Día de los Muertos, a Mexican holiday around the same time as Halloween but markedly different. It isn’t spooky; it’s a special time to remember loved ones who are no longer with us.

Screening: Jennifer’s Body
Monday, October 28 | 7:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m. | Kessel Multi-Purpose Room
Written and directed by the women who created the smash hit Juno (2007), Jennifer’s Body was initially panned by critics upon its release. However, the film has received increasing attention and praise in the wake of the #MeToo movement, celebrated for its feminist spin on a traditionally patriarchal genre. Come find out why with POWER (Partnership of Women for Empowerment and Respect).

Halloween Bash
Tuesday, October 29 | 8:00 p.m.–11:45 p.m. | Kessel Multi-Purpose Room
Come to the American Sign Language Club’s spooky halloween party! You’ll play games, chow down on snacks, and make halloween signs. Costumes are highly encouraged. Dress up to your heart’s content.

Spooky Treats
Wednesday, October 30 | 9:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. | Elm Hall Kitchen
Pace Cooks and Bakes invites you to their Halloween-themed event where they’ll be making a few spooky—but tasty—treats! Everyone is encouraged to show up in their costumes, too, so suit up for a great time.

Sig I Spooky
Thursday, October 31 | 3:25 p.m.–4:25 p.m. | Kessel Student Center
Hosted by the sisters of Sigma Iota Chi, this annual event helps raise funds for breast cancer research. They’ll be tabling and selling goodie bags filled with various sweets during common hour! Come by and sate that sweet tooth for a good cause.

Screening: Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior
Thursday, October 31 | 7:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. | Butcher Suite
The Asian Student Union invites you to a free screening of Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior, a Disney Channel original movie about a teenager who discovers she’s the reincarnation of a fabled warrior woman—all while dealing with the stress of running for Homecoming queen. Goodie bags will be handed out, and pizza will be served!
